Sirvart is the original Mima for whom this site was named. She is the creator, curator or editor of many of the original recipes on this site. Sirvart enjoyed cooking and while many of these dishes are homely meals, she always strove for perfection. Later in life as the editor of the bilingual “Mioutune” news-magazine, one of her favourite parts of the magazine was her “Cooking Pleasure” column, through which she shared both her own and specially submitted recipes.
